I have been having issues with my Rhinos where the polarization has been flaking off the lens. I took them into their headquarters in Costa Mesa and explained my problem to Laura. She said she would have the warranty department look at them to see if they would cover the new lens' that would have to be replaced. I have had these for over a year and the cost to replace the lens' would be $90.00.
I received a call today saying that they were fixed and that they would cover the cost of the lens replacement. Kaenon hooked me up in a big way! Even if their product was a defect, they still did not have to cover the cost to replace the lens' as I have owned them over a year.
Thank you Laura and Kaenon for your great product and customer service. If anyone is looking for great polarized sunglasses for fishing, buy Kaenons!
