| How do moon phases affect your planning?
If you were planning a trip on one of the San Diego Fleet Boats, what would your FIRST preference be regarding the phase of the moon?
Let's say it's a 2 or 3 day run.

A few day's before and after full & new moons are usually the best, for me it's not so much about weather the fish are feeding on a full moon (I think that's crap), but more about the tide swing. Unfortunately the weather is more of a concern... The bigger the tide swing the better...

I have always been told to fish 2-3 days before and after the full moon for best results!!! Ive done well on these days and ive done well on the mornings of the full moon. Another thing to look at is the amount of tide moving in and out of the beach on you fishing calander.

Im not really into fishing anywhere close to a full moon, although this is probably the most recognized full moon on BD.
