The System

Just got a notice from Greg Smith/Assessor SD County called
Notice of Property Escape Assessment

States I owe taxes/penality of 3,300. for the past three years. They came up with the value of my boat on their own???? WTF, have had six boats, now they come after me. Any tips on how to get off with less out of pocket, ideas, etc.

Thanks,
Bobby

Yeah Jason, it's still at Crampland. Don't get out as much as I like, but am still getting out.... Let's head out some weekday.
As for the tax dilly, I called them and they are only taking the fine of 3,300. 1%. The guy said how it's worded is kind of confusing, no shit. Alls well.
