BOAT RACE IN OCEANSIDE 8/19 BAD FOR LAUNCHING BOAT

I just found out there is a outrigger boat race in Oceanside on Saturday with 40 race boat teams and 40 escort boats. The launch ramp and trailer parking lot will be a zoo. If your going out of Oceanside you better get a spot on Friday night.

The race will be all day.

dude, the other week it was in dana point and it was a friggen mess.
They actually closed down the launch ramp, the line was backed up to PCH just to launch your boat.

I was out the weekend of the outrigger race in Dana Point. Holly crap what a mess. If O side is anything like DP, forget it. Go up to DP to launch or head for Mission Bay. Good luck.
