dude try o'side pier, saw bonies boiling all around it bout 3 days ago and in my yak i got two in about 5 minutes (then went looking for calicos) trolling a 2.5 inch rattle trap...choose cheap ones to because they get thrashed and big cudas will without a doubt steal em quick...

I caught some bonita from the PB(Crystal) Pier last week on a Krocodile (3"). I'm sure they'll be around more in the next week or two.

Thanks" | thanks for bringing back this thread.. haha that was me who created it. oh yeah i decided to check out OB Pier myself today and it was MACK CRAZYYY. Just put a piece of mack on a jighead/kroc/anythin wit a hook and BAM get hooked in less than 5 seconds....but besides the macks, i didn't see any bonies caught. i saw some guy get hooked on somethin big and was gettin worked...but it got snapped around the pilings. my guess is that it was a batray or a shark. i went around 7pm just to let ya guys know.
