Outer Banks Boat Club - Good or Bad?

I'm thinking of joining. I am curious if you have experience with this outfit, good or bad.

I live in PB, so Dana Landing is very close by. I would mostly do 1 day trips, maybe an occasional 2 day during the week.

Thanks for anything you can share.
