Protected areas/No fishing

I'm looking for a map of areas in So Cal that are off limits to fishing, such as La Jolla area and I think theres an area off of San Diego. Any ideas or thoughts on where to find these locations? Would hate to get caught fishing in the wrong area and try to plead stupidity
