Re: Conquest runs aground

Hello everyone. This morning, around 5:30am the Conquest ran aground on San Clemente Island. Thankfully, no one was injured, however she was completely destroyed and pummeled into the rocks. We appreciate all thoughts and prayers and hope we can fish with some of you in the future.
Sincerely, Conquest Sportfishing

Sad to hear. Had some good times on that boat over the years. Glad everyone is OK.

Re: Conquest runs aground

How did that happen? Was it mechanical failure that set her on the rocks or bad anchorage? What's the story?
