Great timing...

The fishing is very good in December/January time frame. You better book now though or you might not get a boat. You can PM Capt. Josh for open dates...good luck.

Big fish are there in January. Here is the opperation I have had good success with. There are lots of great opperations to choose from which let you customize your day.

PV

Peak of hurricane season is generally regarded as Sept 15. Thunderstorm build up and weather begins around July and can continue into October. Very hot & humid. While PV is about the safest hurricane spot on the Mainland weather can do in quite a few fishing days this time of year.

People used to say summer/fall were the best time for bi fish. Josh & others have shown big fish around in Dec, Jan and even Feb. Green water usually pushes down from the North at some point during the winter and often stays until early summer.

I've been down in Feb. Great weather and we tied into some Amber's and DODO's. No Bill's though.
