Regular circle for me, I feel that the forward motion dosent warrent the use of a ring as the bite is useually prety instant and the turn and run thus setting the hook by them selves, I fish solo a lot so the circles cut down on the process of things to do when i get bit,

But I do miss setting that hook with a solid scchhwwwwiiiiiinnnnggggg !!!!!!!!!!!!
