Clearing MB jetties - tides

Probably just like a bunch of you, I’m dying to get out there and fish. This fucken swell is killing me.

I took a walk with my family early today at LJ – it didn’t seem too bad. Yes, mighty swell was there, but the lack of wind made it actually seem not too bad. The biggest problem would be clearing the jetties…

Never really figured - I wonder what kind of impact do the tides have? When the swell is up, is Mission Bay jetty entrance tougher during the high tide or low?

The higher the better.....stay close to the north side of the entrance when leaving and coming back in....Do not get into the shallow water of the south side.
