So where & when are the local bureaucrats going to provide a safe childrens swimming beach to replace what they have maladministrated & allowed the seals to usurp.
If you put your tails between your legs now you become a tart to be screwed everytime.
The question to be immediately asked is where & when the replacement is going to be provided for the kids.
Local gov't does not have a head of power to take from anyone to merely give to another............end of story..............even if that "other" is not human.
Calls for a class action by the Kids ( Note: no one else just kids) seeking compensation for what govt had administrated away from them ...........by providing a replacement.
Gov't does not even have any head of power to resume for the public good without compensation.............let alone resume from one group to give to another ( human or not ).
Get off your butts & organise the Kids & legal representation for them in a class action ( as kids they have no income ........... He He ..........so court appointed & funded representation for them & at no cost !!!! ) ..............and show those local bureaucrats you know how to kick goals ..........even when the referee is biased.
Do you understand the strategy here boys & girls............;-
- the Kids fundamentally can't lose
- The council is liable to provide a replacement in equity or financial compensation for the loss if an equivalent is not available
- the cost( replacement / compensation ) might likely exceed the cost of seal removal in a revised decision sought by the local bureaucrats to avoid the compensation.
Funny how they can change their minds when the tables are turned.........don't you worry.
