graftech rods???

There is a used one at my local shop for only 60 bucks should i pick it up i was thinking of picking it up and taking the reel seat off and cork taping it.

They are good sticks. I love mine. I haven't heard if they were out of business. I'll ask. Hate to see a good rod company go under...

i'd consider buying a Rainshadow blank. for a few $$'s more you'll have the warranty, a new blank, and less work to start off. not to mention buying exactly what you want and starting from scratch to build it the way "YOU" want.

graftech makes a good rod. The components aren't the best, and I've had guides chip before. The one I had was a wallbanger that was given to me, and after rewrapping it with better guides, it performs great
