Im looking for a small boat (10ft.) that i can put a trolling motor on and take it to local lakes. I really like the water tender 9.4. i would perfer it to be fiberglass. small enough to throw ontop of a suberban. i can only spend 300 on it.
Check out smaller livingstons. More stable than just about anything for their size. I usaully use mine in the salt, but I have put a trolling motor on it and fished lakes for bass and it was killer. You can stand up in them, even the smaller ones....wouldn't think about doing that in a V aluminum. They might break your $300 budget...but I'd save and get one. Well worth every penny. Check craigslist often and be willing to drive a bit, and you'll find one for cheap.
