Saltwater Angler Registry 2010

This might have been a topic on here before that I missed. I just came across this Saltwater Angler Registry. NOAA is saying that all saltwater anglers have to sign up for this. And by 2011 there will be a fee for it. We pay for a license and a registration fee? We get our fishing closed off every day? What is going on!?

States that already have a licensing program that complies with the NOAA rules are exempt from additional registration. That means if you buy a CA salt water license, you're covered already and the state will submit the info to the NOAA.

When the registration fee is in affect, does that mean our license fee is going to be raised 15 to 25 dollars? I will bet so.

No what you really meant was they are going to tax us to take a shit.Come to think of it they allready do,Sewer fee on your water bill.

I gave up fishing in CA 30 years ago as well as hunting.They tax me on my boat they tax me at the dmvboat tags. they raised the fishen licence and hunting liscence.I moved my boat to MX and all that BS went away.Every 10 years I have to renew my importation boat pernit 89 dollars.I dont buy any fishen tackle are gear of any kind in CA E Bay or on line out of state.No 9 percent sales tax.Best part is i dont have to deal with some dick wad with a tape measure and a 6th grade education.boycott the whole fish and game liscence gig and see what they have to say next year.You want it your way givem some pain right in the wallett.
