since im taking this weekend off cause of my back problems, i wanted to take my daughter down to Palos Verdes and check out the tide pools,.. can someone recommend a book i can get that will have all the species IDs and info about them,.. i want this to be an educational day with the girl,... thanks in advance!

On your way to the tidepools stop at the Pt. Vincente Interpretive Center they have a really cool little museum and a gift shop that will have some books and charts showing all the local critters.

Yeah thats it, they are really nice and I'm sure you guys will like the museum it has all kinds of stuff about the tidepools,kelp forests,native americans,and the history of the area
