Fishdope sucks. If I didn't check the reports and forums 30 times a day, listen to the vhf feed all day at work, plan my trips days in advanced based on the chloro and temp maps and constantly check the weather links, I would cancel my membership in a heartbeat. Just sayn.

I went right to the numbers where the spotter plane saw the free jumping marlin and it wasn't there.

Pretty solid.
You read Fish Dope and it gives you an idea of where the fish are and are not.

Later you read reports of guys catching fish on good dope and guys "searching" and not catching fish. Shit makes sense to me. Finding your own fish is tits, but when you get a report from a spotter plane.....

Fish dope is set up exactly to help you to find fish. Some are in it for the #'s and start their planning from there. Others use the tools to plan a trip.

It's always nice to turn the odds in your favor. Catching is never guaranteed.

Fishdope.....means not having to wade neck deep through the bullshit that seems to happen here on a daily basis, unless I really want to.

Contact info@fishdope.com

I think you're having an issue with your settings. You can print both the SST and chloro.

One stop shopping...saves gas, gives ya a good idea of trends for biting (or not) fish.

$169 / $3.09/ gal = 54 gallons.

54 gallons x 1.7 nmpg avg = 92 nm.

Thats not much scouting around in a season of fishing. Hell, Hanna does that much scouting in a half day after work!
