more advice needed on tackle / gear for 2.5 day

2.5 day out of SD, targeting yellows day 1 and tuna day 2. I only have 3 rods, one 15-30# Penn with Penn J500 spooled with 25# mono, one 30-50# Penn rod with Penn J500 spooled with 30# to 35# mono, not sure which, and one stand up troller with Penn 113H spooled with 40-60#, not sure which, thinking 60. I have new rolls of Seaguar floro leader in 20# and 30#.

My questions:
1. How should I set these up, 20# floro on the light rod, 30# floro on the next rod, or go get 40# floro and mono backer and re spool the 30-50lb rod?

2. Splice slines for top shot or use swivels and leaders for easy change out?

3. What hooks shouold I get. I have some 1/0 thats it. I am thinking weld ringed flyliners maybe 2/0 and 1/0? What style, circle, J, tight?

Any extra advice would be much appreciated. I have had luck with the 2/0 live bait hook with nose hooked sardines but want to get more diversified if you know what I mean. thanks.
