I said that you need to open it with mapsource. If you don't have mapsource you can't open the waypoints.

Check out www.tempbreak.com , it shows you the current water temps of southern california to lower finger, and if you click on the hot spots like the 302 it will link you to a topo map. it also has links for info on tides, currents, and moon phases.

That is a cool website and quick reference for the weather. Fishdope, with the late PM report, is like walking out in the morning to get the paper and only read the article you care about. Now I am wondering if the numbers are the high spot depths.

Yes, the 1010 is over a mile deep, it is also known as the "1010 Trench".
