Early news down south is that the albacore have their noses in the mud today with most boats in the 20-30 range and the weather is up a little bit..Waiting to hear from our source that was down in that zone early this morning..
The local banks to San Diego sound about like they have been the last few days..A little here and there but nothing to write home about..As Tommy Gomes would say, it's the waiting game right now till we get a bit more into our zone that want to bite better..
Keep hearing more and more rumors of yellows on kelps up in the orange county zone and we have a few sources going to check on that tomorrow..We reported a source who got 5 yellows the other day out near the 43 area and hopefully there is more fish coming into the area..The 43 is located at 32 46 117 58..There was also a report on BD about a good bite at Clemente about 4 days ago on some nice quality yellows but no details on the area..If there is any volume on the local banks for the orange county guys (209,277,14,289) these guys will find it..Look for more dope coming in over the next few days from that zone plus some dope on Catalina and Clemente..
Little bit of fog this morning and some breeze out there but nothing too bad and very do able..
