| 2006 End of Season Casting Casting Contest...
2nd Annual Bloodydecks End of Season Long Rod Casting Contest
Here's the rules from last year...
Rules for the casting contest:
1. Rod - Conventional stick - 7 - 10 feet
2. Reel - Conventional
3. Line size - 30 - 50
4. Jig - Salas 7X
Last year it was a Ski Beach in Mission Bay, which worked out pretty well.

They threw off the North side along the waterway. It was all site marking but pretty easy to do. Except towards the end when all the judges were three sheets  | |

Barely over water. We casted along the beach, measued with a tape. Shots that landed in the sand we DQ'd....
