raymarine c14w no temp reading

I just installed a Raymarine c140w, and have no ocean temp reading. Does anyone have the same problem? Or know how to solve it ?

go to raymarine website , they have some trouble shooting guides....

Step 1. Read instructions and get a pool thermometer (I know it's a women thing ). It will guide you through the calibration process. Drop the pool thermometer down about 10' with weight for 5-10 minutes and set your temp, enter and your good to go.

You have to go to the page set up menu. You will find where it will say to have temp on or off. Pick on.

It may also on your transducer set up. Make suer the right transducer is selected.
