furuno 620 lat/long data question

I have a furuno 620 and recieving data from the garmin 545, problem is the lat-log on the furuno is not exactly the same as the garmin (where its getting the info from) ??? any thoughts? thanks

You might have one set up in degrees, minutes and seconds and the other as degrees, minutes and hundreths of a minute.

They are the same number displayed in a different way.

Example: 32 degree, 50 minutes, 30 seconds is the same as 32 degrees 50.50 minutes.
