First lightly wipe it with a very wet soft towel to get any abrasives off then I use "Plexus" spray which I also use on the esinglass.

Windex works unbieliebably well! Sparay and wipe once then use another paper towel and spray and wipe again.
I know its not the most scientific approach but its cheap and works fine.
We use them all over the inside of our big riggs, gauges and eledctronics never a problem.

Plexus is a very cool product that cleans and leaves a protective waxie layer on the surface but it's so thin it doesn't distort. I found this product when short track racing (dirt and asphalt) weekly with lexan windshields.

Plexus is the right stuff.....be careful to not use Windex on plastic....after long term use, it will cause fine checking and brittlleness from the amonia....

Never had a problem with it.
I am gonna try that plexus stuff though, like the idea of waxy film protecting it.
Heres some info i found on a windex site. They even mention the kitchen sink! What surfaces can I use Windex® Wipes on?
Windex® Wipes can be used throughout the house on windows, glass, computer keyboards, phones, diaper pails, playpens, door knobs, pet areas, kitchen appliances, countertops, faucets, sinks, cabinets, mirrors, toilets, showers, tubs, and tiled walls. If you are unsure of the surface, test on an inconspicuous area first.
