Glad you liek navman you cant go wrong if it works.
Flowscan works for me as I have "middle aged vision" and big gauge is very helpful especialy at night and by peripheral vision. That said...
But ANY is better than none and $99 is far better than $250. one or the other and you will be happy. my flowscan reads about 1gallon high for every 50, not worth calibrating for IMHO(easy to do) needle bounce is not bad and install was not difficult for anyone that can connect wires.
for me the choice was based on large analog readout rather than price but its great to have alternatives now. I had an old flowscan for many years and the mechanical totalizer quit and it required sensor light bulb changes every once in a while bu that was back in the 80s.
money the navman wins , Should be standard boat instrument on offshore fishing boats IMHO let us know how accurate it is
