I know this belongs in Non Fishing but it's important because a fellow NJ fisherman needs our help

I'm sure many of you know Captain David Goldman. David runs a charter business out of Highlands. He grew up fishing and has worked on fishing boats all his life. He resides in Tinton Falls and his father is the well respected fisherman and Captain, Barry Goldman who ran many head boats out of Belmar and Point Pleasent for decades.
