Joe Chutes (sp?) Offshore Lures?

I am looking for a replacement heavy head offshore lure made by a private lure maker called "joe chutes"? I'm not sure if I have the spelling of his name correct but he makes one awesome offshore lure!
Does this name ring a bell with anyone and do you know where I can buy them?
