Curtis, it sounds like a great plan. I've been talking with my wife about doing the same thing in Honduras. I look forward to seeing your progress and the getting the trix of dealing with the government/gangsters.

Well, hopefully I am not shuvving my foot up my ass with this "firm" date but here goes:

We have set my move date of May 9th!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The permits and arch drawings on ur first building are being completed right now.

We should be laying rock on our back road to the first building in two weeks or so, and starting building excavation for the foundation by the end of March or first week in April.

If those things happen within two weeks of schedule then I am leaving on the 9th of May for Panama!!!

The plan is then to have the first building which consists of a 20'-30' materials garage, two "owners" bedrooms upstairs with full kitchen and living area and a nice big patio with view, and two "hotel style" rooms downstairs with there own patio/bathroom etc. done by June 30th.

We then hope to start hosting potential lot clients for phase 1, and then by the end of summer start doing some "hookup" inshore stuff on a super panga. I will probably book like 1 or 2 week trips per month at the most. Mostly just to get the word out while under construction.

We are also going to do some surf stuff in September and October because the rainy season will slow the building down and I like surfing...MUHAHAHAH
