The fishing at Lake Arenal can be good but lately it has been pretty windy there to fish it. Maybe you will get lucky and be there on a day with light winds. I don't have a contact for you there. Try asking Chris from Kinembe II, he is a member here, his name here is kinembe. The ocean fishing is a better bet generally. Good luck. PURAVIDA
sorry, but there is no peacock bass in cr. they do have rainbow bass aka gapote. Arenal is the best spot with some charters available. Machaca, rocador and mojaras can be caught in most of rivers, try the savegre up above Santo Domingo.

There are some good tarpon fishing places up near Lake Nicaragua. The best places is a town called Los Chiles. They have so many records come out of that place! And if you want some sailfish, then you can look me up!
