IT'S DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep... The buggy is done. Turned out even better than I thought it would. Darren at Sandco builds one hell of a car. Can't wait to get it in the sand. Ohhh... and my god does the LS1 sound good!
Should be in Glamis for Easter. So if any of you are planning on going too, shoot me a PM.

I know it's not a boat but I still wanted to share since there are a few desert guys on this board. The aluminum is almost done. Should be ready for paint in a about a week. Will update pics as the car comes together.

Kinda off topic but I did a ride-along at OCFA Station 22 on a truck. There was a call about a stunt car crash on the old El Toro Air Base. Red Bull was doing some stunt in a truck similar to this off a ramp where they are supposed to do a back flip and land in a pile of boxes. They had done it like 16 times in the last two weeks and 2 times that day but the ramp malfunctioned and the top broke away to early. He landed from like 40 feet in the air right on the back of the truck snapping the frame in a few places and causing the motor to move kinda trapping him in. He received mid to lower back pains and we couldn't lift him out so we cut his truck up pretty bad. Ended up having to take the side bars out and the entire roll cage. It was pretty cool to see how effective the Jaws of Life are.
