Looks great Matt, which top do you have on now? What kind of power are you going to use?

Nice. If you can, go with a bigger bait tank. I've got a 45 and I wouldn't go with anything smaller.

Re: Pics-Edgewater Project

Frank,

I am looking for a good deal on a Yamaha F225..I saw one on Craigs list but need to sell my skippy first. I think it is at Sea Witch Marine in Vista. I like that motor and they can install for me. I Like the Suzuki's as well. I know of one in Florida that has 300 hours on it for about 7K. You run a Suzuki don't you? What do you mean "what Top"???

Does anyone know if the bolt pattern is same on a Yamaha and Suzuki? The Bolt pattern where the engine bolts to the transom.

I want OS30 so that it fits under the lean post I am getting. The OS45 is to tall for what I want and I mostly fish inshore for Halibut and WSB so I do not need a lot of bait. I can fit a scoop in the 30 gallon tank.

Thanks for the come back,

Matty

Re: Pics-Edgewater Project

Hey Matt,
I love my Suzuki, but Ive had a Yama that was great also, you cant go wrong either way. My guess on the bolt pattern is its the same.

I just noticed your skippy with the hardtop is in the first 2 pics...Its been a long day
