you really need to reconsider the 2 rod thing bro,at least put another row on and you can always use it for gaffs, nets etc etc..there is no such thing as too much storage on a boat imo.

NICE!!

Everything is looking killer. The house looks bitchen and the stainless work is absolutely beautiful!!! You think like me in regards to the bow rail toe holds and starboard (seafoam). The toe holds are a HUGE asset when fishing up on the bow!!!

Only thing I wish you would have done and that I am very surprised you didnt, was to add a bow pulpit and then make that already bitchen bow rail of yours even more bad ass!!!

A bow pulpit not only gives the boat a much bigger and better look but also comes in extremely handy as well (even more so at times than the toe holds). It's not to late ya know, to add one without a whole lot more cost, think about it.......... I gaurantee you, it will make that boat look even more sick than it already is and serve a great purpose as well.

Regardless, those are some really killer improvements you are doing to that skippy!! Keep the updates coming!

I predict that you will have one of-if not the sweetest 24' skippies ever when your done. Really looks great. I would have had Tim build in a radar mount integrated into the rod holder to get the antenna up off the top. Not a problem to add later though. You are dumping a lot of money into your rig!! Gonna have sliding windows in those big side holes?

ALL... sliding windows corrode and leak over time. (IMO) Straight rubber and 1/4 glass for me thank you. Templates were made and glass ordered, will be in tomorrow.

You are correct Fisherman-thought about it, ALOT but decided against it. I really like the stub nose look of the skippy. Kinda like RADONS & Davis Boats rounded.

There are some portable toilets that carry water and the dumps taken on them, they're around $130. They are semi-portable, which means you can still "install" them but they are removable. I'm not taking about the cheap-bucket-type, these ones look like the real thing, I've got one for my wife and kids.

BTW, your boat looks AWESOME.... I love the outside look of your pilot house, it rocks...

You have one awesome boat, thanks for giving us a look! BTW Josh is right, spend a little money to make the felines comfortable, it's worth it.

THE SKIPOPOTAMUS FLOATS

well...where do I start. Installed the 30" pedestals and ladder back seats had nothing better to do lastweek and had a itch to install a 60 gallon bait tank-drove down to HB and picked one up from Pacific edge Tackle. My lighting finally came in that was on F-ing back orderd forever. Anchor and spreader LED. Got sick of hearing how my girlfriend wasn't going to piss or shit in a bucket -I broke down and installed the jabsco $159.00 special toilet. OOPS...sorry no pics. will soon thou. SS Grab rails and red/white LED light under the pilot house lid which came in handy today. The radius was off on my windows for the rubber to work correctly with my glass already purchased so i shit canned the glass and sent the rubber back. Thus ordered my windows from Mark at GO PLASTICS in corona. $1700.00 dollars later OUCH!!!!!!! But there nice made with SOLEX Green glass. An extra $80 option. Why is it everyone has options and they all cost extra?
Canvas on its way

Still chugging along

Anyone know a good detail guy thats the one thing I want no part in.
