Evinrude E-Tech 250 with 23' WAC Striper

Just bought this 2007 E-Tech from Sunset Marine, Oceanside for my Striper. I've heard nothing but good about the E-tec. I test drove it yesterday for only a few minutes and it blew me away comparied to my old Evinrude 200 Ficht 99 model. Can anyone tell me how happy I'll be in the future?

Just checked the Magic 8 ball and it said you are going to be very happy.

Of course, it also told me I was going to marry a super model and win 300 million in the lottery so accuracy might be off a little....

your going to love it. If you have Lowrance electronics, then you can monitor the motor off of the GPS. you can get oil res level, engine temp, fuel flow, rpms, hell just about everything. besides you are going to love the MPG you get on the H20. I get about 6 on my boston whaler with a 90 hp.

I have 250 E-Tec that replaced a 99 Ficth 200hp. I changed it out a year ago 200 hours on the motor. I am very pleased to say the least, kick ass motor no problems noted. Very happy!

My brother in law has a 225 HP Etec on a 22 ft Hydra Sports and loves it. He has had the motor for about two years with no issues at all.
