volvo penta 350
does a 350 volvo penta 280 detup does the engine need to run backwards and will a regular car engine do that? or can it be setup to do that help im confused

yes.. on the 270 OD there is a lever thingy on the upper unit so you can make a left or right hand screw, not sure on the 280 OD but it's a piece of cake to change prop direction
