well started buffing the hull and pulling up the floor some rooten wood but stringers are good but for some reason bow of boat isnt draining to transon need to figure that out hull turned out really nice will post pictures later also found out the outdrive is a volvo found tag on bell housing very glad its not an omc i think i am going to replace all floors w/ marine 3/4 with rhino liner top i have the wood allready i would really like the 280 to bolt on back so it atleast it looks like it can go in the water >>>
