Story adapted from report by guest Tom Duimstra:
Left 22nd Street at 9:30. Got bait. Stop at Cat to try and make squid, and we did big time. Floated and we wasted 3 hours getting bait for 3 other boats and because of that we never make it to Tanner Bank and we fish the Island. It turned out awesome. Best yellow bite I had ever seen and big mad fish. Unless you had 40# you had very little chance of landing them. It was wide open for 5 hours. We should have had over a hundred but the older guys quit fishing, so for the last 2 hours of the bit there was only 4 guys knocking them silly. I also got JP. Thanks to Shawn, Jeff and Dave. All worked hard and it paid off.
