Bermuda.

How are these different than the traditional umbrella rigs on the east coast, mid south, and northeast that are used for striped bass?

What kind of trolling speeds are you getting?

Are you finding them to be effective at night like on the east coast of florida with the bullet head rigs?

Thanks,
Scrubs

WahooBars are specialized spreaderbars, not umbrella or bullet rigs. They have a very high speed range, from 4 knots to over 12. We do not say how much over twelve because that depends on sea conditions and more importantly, the trolling skills of the person running them. I have trolled SuperBars extensively at night, but not this particular model. There is a considerable array of "bullet head" rigs, jigs and whatnot. I have no idea of what you are referring to, especially at night.

I see that the picture in your avatar was taken aboard the Red Rooster. Wahoo have been caught off of that boat on WahooBars.

GOODGOSHAMIGHTY!

For a firsthand, mind-bender of a Spider (not WahooBar) report, go to the Alaska board and see what CrackerJack just did with them. Like the headline says, GOODGOSHAMIGHTY!!!!!
