I can see putting some restriction on the commercial fishing folks and maybe some changes on the number of fish taken per species, But leave us private fishermen the Fuck alone gunz !!!!! and go :Lets_do_i your selfs'

Actually the next region to be affected/considered is to be determined in the December 14 meeting in Sacramento....
