Damn fishing licenses have been going up about 5% every year-- And they say there is not enough $$$ for the warden's gear? It's BS, that the state would even think of doing that.
I have nothing against our game wardens, just their stupid-ass bosses...

money to pay for equipment boats,gas,etc.
to enforce the IMPENDING CLOSURES of La JOLLA & PT. LOMA. etc.
don't help them pay to keep you from doing what you love
the gov has enough to deal with
