Well i dont understand why there is no minimum size limit atleast. If there is any concern about the future of this fishery why dont they ensure that every individual gets to sexual maturity? There is no size limit right?

Not a minimum size limit, but a slot limit. Let the big breeders go is the first thing PEIR suggests. Great info Ali
