Damn Lowest Fine I seen for anything was $130.00 with court costs and crap......

Exactly. I understand controlling our game is a must, but a taking an abalone is worth 57,000 or 3 bear gall bladders 38,000 it kinda doesn't add up. I wonder if they have had a family member die because of something unfortunate, I can almost say for certain NOT, if so those fines would be like the rest of these. They need to look at this little better and adjust them to what penalties are really worth.

I agree, they should adjust the fines.
Everything should be $100,000.00
And if you can't afford it, they send your ass to a prison work camp.

That sure would make a person think twice a bout poaching, wouldn't it.
