Thanks for the great resource!

I'm new to the fishing game.

So far I've gone:

- several times about 10 miles off marina del rey and no luck.
- 4 times to catalina island: 2 by avalon bank with no luck. 2 times by Farnsworth bank (32), and caught a few rock fish.


Page 105 (FISH AND GAME BAIL AND PENALTY SCHEDULE) makes reference to "For Each Over-Limit Fish" and I would like to know where I can find information on the exact number of those limits.

The problem is the people who hunt and fish typically have some sort of job to pay the fines.

Basic criminal no.

Easy don't break the law. I picked up my 2009 rules & regs at wally world.
