Bait Tank Repair Done Easy!!!

We have the Kodiac 42 gallon plastic type tank.
The lower return fitting was cracked and in need of repair before it let loose and started flooding the deck while we were 60 (or 100 ) miles out to sea.
I asked Kevin at KP plastics in Costa Mesa & the guys at MMI in Newport Beach and they both sent me to Ronco Plastics in Tustin. Ronco Plastics Inc., Tustin, CA, 92780 - YELLOWPAGES.COM

Very cool place!!!
Check out their website, they make a shit load of plastic products and they do repairs on the spot!

Rich Gray is the main man to see.
He had a guy remove the old fitting and spin weld a new one on in less than 5 minutes and only charged me $10 total for the part and installation.

Hell Ya!!!!!!!

That's what you call service at a low low cost.

Oh man.

You should have seen the magic I had to work with 5200 and a dremel to do the same thing!

$10 and 5 min....

Another reason to hate you.

Thats awesome I didn't know anybody did those kinds of repairs. I have a second swimstep tank that needs a little love ( same thing I guess, cracked elbow on the intake) I'll look them up.

Thanks
