Small glass job, can I tackle this myself?

I need to cut out two cross members that run between the stringers, so that I can replace my fuel tank. They measure 2x10x30. Once the fuel tank is replaced, I need to glass them back in. Is this a big job for a novice? If so, is there someone who knows what they're doing that can give me a price on this?

This (Fuel tank.) is a link to a thread where there are pictures of the same install I will be attempting.
