Saltwater fishfinder question

Ok so it's getting to that time.....

Looking for feedback on higher end products, Alex would like the Furuno side scanning unit but that's not in the cards right now...

I've heard talk about "searchlight"but I'm not too sure what that is....

Not looking for a combo unit, there will be a seperate chartplotter/radar units...

10' color screen would good too...
