Vessel assist or Seatow? Or is there a 3rd option?

I want to get tow coverage for my fathers boat and I was wondering what your guys' opinion and experiences were with Seatow and/or Vessel Assist. Or, if theres another good and safe way to go, what that might be.

Re: Vessel assist or Seatow? Or is there a 3rd option?

I've been very happy with Vessel Assist for obvious reason. I don't see Sea Tow as much in the OC Long Beach area as much as Vessel Assist. But regardless of whom you my chose, it is a smart thing to have.

Happy boating,
Rich

You're over-thinking this. Obviously you know VA does the job. What? You trying to save $20 a year for suspect service? Just go with VA and move on to the next issue.

It's like my buddy who was trying to save $12.00 and tried to buy vessel assist like service through his insurance company. Just get VA and be done.
