Mobile Marine Electrical Work?

I was going to post a picture of the bird's nest behind my gauge panel...but I'm way too embarrassed. I've got wires running every which way and every color. I bought a new breaker panel with all new switches but haven't had time to install it.

Anybody know someone who is mobile (east county), good, and at a fair price? I really don't want to tow my boat somewhere and leave it. Thanks.
