| Battery Chargers and Air???
Just a few simple questions:
1.) Has anyone ever used a Portable Battery Charger out on the water? And if so which one would you recomend? Looking to get for those "just in case" moments.
2.) My rig has been sitting for awhile and I plan on taking the kids out for spring break but one of the tires on my trailers seems to have lost some air. I think I remember seeing something at kragen that I can pick up to pump it up a little. But does anyone have a better fix for this???

Pop the tire off and have them seal the rim if the tire still looks good. Sometimes they rust and lose the seal. Easy fix.
May just need some air if it's not completely flat.

Tires weren't a big problem, just needed to replace the cores on the valve stems due to salt water corrosion.
As for Vessel Assist i've got it. Just wondering if anyone has used any of those portable Batteries. And if they are worth it.

Don't go out without mine. Dead battery? Who cares, instant jump start.

I recently bought one on E Bay that cost about $80 with transportation...it's a higher end one than some of the cheapie models and I've used it a couple of times to my satisfaction...my buddy has a diesel Chev dually that had a dead battery and I figured it would never start that but it did..worked just fine...has a built in air pump, light, inverter to allow using 110 volt things, etc..weighs about 25# and is compact and convenient.

I bought a portably battery charger at Walmart - its a Vector relabeled as a Black & Decker. I take it with me every trip. Plus, I have dual batteries on the boat which are kept on the charger when the boat is at home.
I believe it costs $30 and it is well worth it. I have used it for the boat once, on the car, and to power a portable air pump for car & trailer tires.

I have one I bought off the Mac truck. I've already used it several times on the car, and it stays in the boat just in case. I also have 2 batteries, but with my luck, both would die, and I'd be screwed.
