I just got a letter from the Department of Boating and Waterways about quagga mussels discovered on the California side of the Colorado river. Has anyone else received this letter?

Yep, I got a couple too. The last few times I've come back from Havasu they were checking boats at the Ag station at Vidal Junction. That place is going to be a mess in the summer.
