I've got a few inches in the front. That's what she said anyways. I think the engine will come out with no issues since the shaft is pulling out of the coupler with no issues. The fiberglass in front of the engine is loose and easily removed.
Stay tuned, I think I'm gonna borrow my dad's forklift to get the engine out. I figured that I would take the rail off and pull the tires off the trailer in my driveway but it's probably easier to just use a forklift down the hill.
